The Australian Petroleum Production and Exploration Association (APPEA) is the peak national body for Australia’s oil and gas sector. APPEA works with Australian governments to promote the development of the nation’s petroleum resources in ways which generates the best return to the Australian industry and community. We are working to secure regulatory and commercial conditions that help member companies to operate safely, sustainably and profitably.
INPEX, along with other natural gas producers, supports Brighter, an initiative established by APPEA. Brighter is a new way of talking to Australians about the role natural gas plays in their everyday lives, from its role in powering our homes and businesses, to the jobs it creates and communities it supports.
